Pullman Shanghai Jingan

My recent stay at Pullman Shanghai Jing'an was elevated by the outstanding professionalism and warmth of the front desk team. Not only did they swiftly accommodate my early arrival request, but they also provided insightful local recommendations (the hidden café on Nanjing West Road was a gem!). Their attentiveness extended to proactively arranging transportation and confirming my itinerary, showcasing true hospitality expertise. What truly impressed me was how the team remembered my preferences throughout my stay – from room temperature adjustments to daily breakfast reminders. Their multilingual skills and patience in answering questions about Shanghai's attractions further highlighted their dedication to guest satisfaction. The front desk embodies the essence of 5-star service: efficient, personalized, and delivered with grace. The Hotel is just a stone throw from the Shanghai Railway station, The Hotel is located literally 1 minute from the Exit 5 of the Shanghai Railway station (line 1). Restaurant is on both right and lefty hand side as you exit the Hotel. There is a digital mall right in front of the Hotel (look for it). From the airpoort take Line 2 (green colour) and change for the red line at People Square towards the north and stop at Shangai Railway Station and use EXIT 5. Good Hotel like it very much. Staff fantastic and good value. I salute the Management

The location close to Shanghai Railway Station makes it very convenient for catching trains to nearby cities, and the nearby metro exit helps with seeing Shanghai. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast with a wide range of local and international options. Spacious and comfortable room. We got a free upgrade upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise!

staff service is excellent who name as Allan Feng. He makes us have un expectation service such us help us to arrange transport with car seat to Disney & airport. Beside that, help us to order supper, medicine because my Apps cannot be use in China. He really is a nice & friendly person, meeting him is very lucky and make us have a nice & comfortable holiday in this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was spacious and clean. It had a desk area which is great when travelling for work. It has one of the best gyms even seen in a hotel. The metro station is right below and the train station right across the street, so very convenient to travel around.
